Your support for the conservation efforts of the Museum will be doubled this year when you contribute to the White Glove Fund. This year’s White Glove Fund provides repair and restoration for two of the Museum’s most beloved sculptures, Bernard Langlais’ Bear and Lion, located on the Museum’s grounds. You will help put the claws back on the Bear and the roar in the Lion by contributing generously to the fund. This year, the Bernard Langlais Conservation Fund will match every dollar raised to restore these magnificent sculptures.

#S9.  A Dahlov Ipcar Cat at Night Pillow by Classic Rug Collection

The Classic Rug Company has made a pillow drawn from Ipcar’s Cat at Night children’s book. Dahlov Ipcar’s career as an artist, author, and illustrator spans more than half a century. She has written and illustrated more than 30 books. Her paintings are in the permanent collection of the Ogunquit Museum of American Art, the Portland Museum of Art, and many other locations in New England and beyond. She is the daughter of the famous artists, William and Marguerite Zorach.

#S18. An Antique Maine Eider Carved Bird by Paul Beauregard

Paul Beauregard is a third-generation woodworker. A cabinetmaker by trade, his love of birds is expressed by carving their images in wood. Paul’s birds are a popular item in the Ogunquit Museum of American Art Gift Shop where he has been featured as Artist of the Month.

DeWitt Hardy is a respected watercolorist, teacher and theatrical scenic designer who studied at Syracuse University. His paintings can be found in many private and public collections, including the British Museum, the Smithsonian, the Cleveland Museum, the Library of Congress and the OMAA.
